Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel our arrangement please noticy me as soon as possible by email anne@pdssdirect.co.uk or by phone (01538) 626020. If I am not available please leave a message.

Cancellations requested more than 24 hours notice will not incur any penalties, and rearrangements will be made. For cancellations requested less than 24 hours notice there maybe a 50% charge of the cost of the arrangement depending on the cancellation notice provided. E.g if I have already left for the arrangement. Many thanks for you understanding. 

I have the enhanced DBS (Disclosure and barring Service), for my independent role. I have also joined the update service to allow settings to check my certificate online.

I will carry my DBS form with me at all times when visiting settings.

I have completed Safeguarding Level 1 training in October 2022

I will carry them with me at all times when visiting settings.

I have an IOSH approved manual handling trainers course assisting people to move.

I have undertaken Prevent training March 2021

I will carry my insurance documentation which can be seen upon request

I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico) to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998

I will follow the latest Government guidelines regarding COVID19. I have a risk assessment, will thoroughly clean equipment, and I am taking regular lateral flow tests. I am up to date with the COVID19 vaccinations.
